We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist for our Swedish office. You will need to have strong understanding of channel marketing and have worked with channel partners. You have experience in developing and executing marketing projects.
Job Overview
This position is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns. These campaigns are aligned to the overall corporate strategy and focus. Another key responsibility is organizing and executing events.
Role responsibilities
To understand the specific marketing opportunities for CA in Sweden towards large accounts and channel partners
To work with the events managers and database marketing analysts to ensure that the relevant baseline campaigns are delivering leads into the Norwegian sales team
To measure and track lead generation and marketing influence within the sales sector and adjust activity accordingly
Work with key constituents to develop, plan and execute comprehensive integrated marketing plans that will maintain and grow CA's customer base.
Drive marketing projects from inception to completion
Analyze and track marketing initiatives to maximize efficiencies and ensure overall effectiveness
Manage external agencies
Manage budget
Skills/Attributes
Strong experience in Marketing roles preferably within the IT industry
An ability to communicate appropriately with sales essential
Good understanding of e-marketing techniques and approaches
Ability to articulate strategic initiatives into a message/position that is meaningful and relevant to the customer.
Experience in delivering effective marketing campaigns.
Ability to work in a demanding fast paced environment and manage a high workload.
Excellent project management skills, ability to prioritize on their own, and delegate task when appropriate.
Ability to effectively and clearly communicate w/ others via verbal and written communications and demonstrated rigorous attention to detail.
Excellent language skills (Swedish and English)
Preferred Education
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Communications, PR and/or Business Administration.
