Venezu is a temp and recruitment agency that works exclusively with B2B companies in the ICT industry. We focus on the Nordic market and we are looking for motivated and skilled candidates that fit the innovative and can-do environment of our customers. We are now looking for a Graphic Designer / Marketing resource:
The daily tasks are as follow:
Coordinate all the events, workshops, webinars we arrange.
o Invite to planning meetings
o Get OK from partners to arrange the event or workshop
o Make project numbers
o Book location, food, speakers
o Make marketing material
o Make landing page, signup page, invites.
o Keep everyone in the company updated on how many attendants, who's coming, how many more we need and so on
o Keep the place we are going to be (during the event/workshop) updated on how many attendants, allergies etc. within the deadline
o Make sure we collect Purchase Orders from all the events for claiming
o Send out surveys after events to collect data so we can get better and get leads. Then I need to follow up on or send the leads on to the right people
o Communicate internally with the controllers to send out invoices
o Add information in CRM on who attended what
Have an overview of internal funds available
o How much have been used?
o Are there plans for all the funding?
o How much do our customer have left?
Claiming
o Claim back marketing funds fromthe partners
Manage our webpage and blog
o This is perhaps the main tasks
o Different graphical tasks for digital and print
o Coordinate and follow up different campaigns and sales activities
o Update the company's web page and other marketing materials
o Maintain our graphical profile
o Cooperation with your colleagues in the Nordic countries
Communicate with central marketing team
o Translate information from English to Swedish
o Quality check translations if central team has used an external agency
Responsible for cloud solution - a cooperation with one of our most important partners
o Update our Account Managers on what this is so they can inform our resellers
o Keep the information on the page up to date
Send out newsletters to the resellers
o Cooperate with our ISV coordinator and help with whatever she needs help with.
o Keep all the team members signatures updated with information and banners.
o Cooperate and coordinate with our Marketing team
Graphic design, web development, or equivalent experience is a must. Experience with FirstSpirit or Adobe Creative Suite tools is a great advantage.
You are fluent in Swedish as well as in English, and have a Swedish working permit already in place.
