We're now looking for a Marketing Reporting Analyst to join our quite new department - Sandvik Coromant Data Office, within Marketing and Communication - with responsibility for preparing, analyzing and reporting on marketing and lead pipeline data. About the job
In this role, you're responsible for preparing, analyzing and reporting on marketing and to lead pipeline data. You make sure that we have a broad understanding of the impact of our marketing campaigns, our sales funnels and the buyer's full journey, and how to work efficiently with optimized tracking of marketing performance versus goals. To keep us ahead of the game, you push for development of our processes and aim for a truly data driven marketing environment. You define the requirements for the development of our marketing databases and automated reporting analytics and processes, and you ensure consistency and accuracy of information used by the marketing and sales management team.
You act in close collaboration with your team, as well as with regional marketing and campaign managers, demand generation peers and marketing and sales operations to proactively share consistent and accurate insights that support our next marketing moves. The location for this role is at one of our offices in Stockholm, Kista (SE), Düsseldorf (DE), Katowice (PL) or Mebane (US), however, preferably in Stockholm.
Who you are
We're looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in Business or similar, focusing on marketing. You have at least two years' experience within the field, including preparing and reporting on marketing and sales data. To be successful in this role, you need advanced understanding of development of reports from several sources, including automation, social media, CRM, Google Analytics, etc. Experience within the industrial business is beneficial, as well as knowledge in the systems Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Google Analytics. Working in a truly global setting calls for excellent skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
