Role overview
Since the Marketing team is in an early phase, you will have a broad range of tasks and responsibilities but with clear focus on supporting our VP Marketing to build a world-class marketing department for our world- class organization. We're a highly flexible company that constantly changes, offering a dynamic climate with a clear focus on innovation, creativity and grit.
You are passionate about marketing and how it directly drives Airmee towards our goals on our ever expanding journey. In this role, you'll support and partake in various marketing processes, from establishing brand awareness and building strategy, to creating content and executing conversion-driven campaigns. You will be immersed in the world of tech and logistics, spearheading the sustainable revolution; one customer at a time.
So, what will you do?
• Team up with our VP marketing to further develop and implement our marketing strategy
• Support our marketing team to increase brand awareness, perception and intent
• Support our marketing team with flawless execution of new launches and implementation of go-to-market strategy
• Support our marketing team with PR and content marketing
• Support our marketing team with execution of launches and online activities
• Write, schedule, publish social media content for the Nordic channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, among others)
• Be the Project Lead for various marketing and cross-functional projects
What're we looking for?
• You have a passion for marketing and are eager to learn and further develop your skills within our exciting world
• You have a relevant academic background, either completed or currently enrolled, from Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Brand Management or similar
• Experience from influencing, challenging and interacting with all levels of stakeholders
• You are solution oriented and keen to learn new methodologies, processes and technologies
• You are well versed in both English and Swedish
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with track record of building positive relationships
• Prestigeless and hands-on attitude, no challenge is too great and no task is too small.
You will be working with a diverse group of talented, motivated, smart, and interesting co-workers from all over the world. We have a central office in Stockholm and hope to see you around as much as possible!
