In 2016, Axis launched an end-to-end video surveillance solution specifically developed for the small business market. We are now looking for a marketing project manager to be one of two people in the Small Business marketing team that drives marketing and communication for this venture.
The role
You will play an important role in building the communication, content and campaigns needed to make the Small Business venture a success. Working closely with our sales regions and local marketing specialists, and being able to understand their daily challenges is key.
Your job will be to execute on the strategies and business plan within a set budget and time frame. You will work closely with the solution marketing manager for Small Business, and be a part of the cross regional Small Business marketing team. A large part of the job is to project manage or order creation of different kinds of content, either from our internal resources at Axis or from agencies. The project scopes can vary from single pieces of collateral to multifaceted, multichannel marketing campaigns.
As the marketing project manager for Small Business, you will be a part of creating something new! Two years after the launch, we are now expanding the focus from building the sales channel in a select number of markets to adding on communication and marketing towards end customers and launching globally.
Organizationally, Small Business marketing is a part of Business Solutions Marketing - a group of marketing managers responsible for different verticals and market segments.
The job may involve traveling to meet with regional marketing colleagues, approximately 10 days a year.
Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role, you need:
Experience from international marketing and communication
Ability to organize and prioritize your work
To be a structured, clear and communicative orderer
Computer and social media skills
Proven project management skills
Fluency in English
A higher-level education in marketing and knowledge of digital marketing tools, e.g. for marketing automation, digital advertising, social media management is desirable. Prior experience from marketing to the IT channel would be really valuable for this position, as well as knowledge of developing and executing digital marketing and sales campaigns.
