We are looking for a Marketing project manager to our marketing communications department in Karlskrona.
The Market Communications Department is globally responsible for the production of all Roxtec's market communication. We develop and manage Roxtec's brand, digital channels and provide our corporate functions as well as subsidiaries with all marketing material, concepts and digital content. Our main target is to help our prospects and customers find, understand, prefer and use Roxtec solutions.
As a Marketing project manager at Roxtec you will be responsible for managing both large and small projects as well as prioritize among ongoing productions.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Managing multiple stakeholders both internal and external
• Developing a detailed project plan to track progress, manage project scopes, schedule and external costs
• Identifying improvement opportunities
• Performing risk management to minimize project risks and report in a timely manner
• Managing multiple projects with smart prioritization of tasks and deliverables
• Identifying possible operational issues and work to avoid them before they happen
• Edit and manage digital content in our digital channels
• Coordinate translations and ensuring optimized processes
• Backlog handling for the team
• Track and follow KPIs and deliver detailed reports
Skills
• Experience of project management related to marketing
• Proven skills from content marketing and digital communication
• Experience in digital environments and social media
• Experience from, and a genuine interest in market communication, preferably within B2B
• Flexible, prestige-less and open to continuous changes and development
• Have the ability to overview larger projects, plan, allocate resources and deliver against a fixed deadline
Qualifications
• Relevant education within project management
• Experience of working with marketing agencies or creative oriented teams
• Common knowledge in agile working methods
• Common knowledge in working with digital communication (web, social media, google analytics)
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
You are service-minded with good capabilities to prioritize tasks and make decisions. With a clear goal and direction, you are able to handle a variety of different types of tasks in the daily work. You have a positive attitude and a natural drive. Speed, simplicity and flexibility are keywords for us at Roxtec and they should feel natural also for you.
