Job Description
As Marketing Project Manager at H&M Beauty you will work in an entrepreneurial environment, where a flexible and prestige less mindset is key. The marketing team at H&M Beauty work close together to reach success and have a lot of exciting projects in the pipeline for the upcoming year. Your responsibilities as Marketing Project Manager will include, but not be limited to:
Responsible for full view of projects, from A to Z, starting with brief, planning, production plan, budget and time plan. The projects can vary from big campaigns to smaller marketing activities.
Work closely together with other functions within H&M Beauty such as Buying office but also with central marketing department at H&M.
Delivery: Effectively manage projects/teams to deliver excellent result on time and under budget.
Follow-up: Analyze time plan, project plan and results in order to measure effectiveness of campaign/market activity.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe that you are a creative and driven person, a doer always with a result-oriented mindset. You have a problem-solving attitude and the ability to adapt to new and sometimes undefined conditions are essential. You are structured, flexible and like taking responsibility.
Approximately 3 years of working experience of project management within marketing
You have a degree within marketing
Creative and not afraid to try new ways of working/thinking outside the box, rolling up your sleeves and get the problem solved
Highly motivated problem-solver and a self-starter; capable of working independently, yet collaboratively, within a fast-paced environment
Ability to organize, prioritize and plan realistically
Experience from budget planning and responsibility
A peoples-person with a can-do attitude.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
You have a genuine interest in beauty, trends, social media and are eager to communicate with our beauty customer.
Additional Information
This is a temporary position for approx. 1 year due to parental leave, located in the new H&M Beauty office at Jakobsbergsgatan in Stockholm city center. You will report to the Head of Marketing & Communication at H&M beauty and work in close collaboration with all different functions within H&M Beauty brand.
