MultiMind has an exciting opportunity as an Partner Program Coordinator for one of our clients within digital media and online advertising. This is a 12-month opportunity with possibilities for prolongation.

The role As a Program Coordinator, y ou will be a member of the Swedish marketing team and part of the wider Northern European SMB Marketing team including a Partners Coordinator in each Northern European country.
This role is balanced between thinking and doing. You need strategic planning capabilities to analyse data and make a plan for growing Partners, and you will be responsible for developing and scaling the strategy and execution of various marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities include:
running local marketing campaigns
holding agency training events
identifying case studies
fostering online communities
analyzing initiatives
Be the go-to contact person for agencies when having questions about the Partners program
You'll be part of an international cross-functional effort consisting of central marketing, product, sales, and support teams. You will be managing relations to many internal and external stakeholders. As a local program coordinator, you form a tight team with more senior marketers. Locally the role is highly independent, so your ability to plan and execute will be very important.
Who we're after We are looking for a person that is bursting with new ideas and self-initiative, and capable of executing the ideas successfully, measured by hard business metrics. You will need good project management skills, attention to detail and the willingness to execute day-to-day routines to perfection. We expect you to have a strong interest in digital, the drive to develop yourself and the curiosity to dig up all the stuff that you need to know to perform in the position. Limited business experience is not an obstacle if you compensate it with hard work and hunger for results.
Minimum qualifications BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record.
1-3 years of experience in marketing project management, sales administration, customer service.
Event coordination/management experience is a plus.
Strong understanding and experience in the search and online advertising market.
Previous experience in both traditional and digital advertising
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Previous direct sales experience a plus.
Strong analytical and presentation skills (including proficiency in Excel and PPT).
Fluent in English and Swedish. The job includes creating and localizing marketing assets and materials.
Data-driven decision making, analytical skills.
Experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
