Your role
We need to augment our existing marketing & sales team and we are now looking for you who want to belong to the future dream team. We now offer you a very unique opportunity to be given training and education both formal and experiential across the Training and Simulation portfolio. Our Trainee-program will take you around the world and give you an invaluable insight in the Training World. After the Trainee-Program (12 months) your most important task will be to work with marketing & sales in order to expand our business around the world.
Your qualifications
The person we are looking for will have a deep seated desire to understand the needs of our customer (Military and Civilian). They will be able to establish high levels of trust with the customer community based on their competences and ethos. We sense that this will require people with military/police background. The successful applicant will probably have a degree level education in a science, engineering or economics domain. They must speak English fluently (Business Standard) and preferably additional languages such as German, French or Spanish.
The right individual will be able to create and articulate strategic and operational visions, they will have the determination to establish and deliver the right marketing strategy and the good sense/humility/courage to change if required.
