You should
• be motivated and willing to find the solutions which is beneficial to all parties.
• have a good experience within marketing and sales.
• be able to develop, start up companies and have the knowledge in CE-marking.
• be fluent in Arabic, English and have a long experience in a business development.
• be able to develop the business and products, forecast and analyse the market variances and requirements and create financial and strategic plans.
• have experience of being a sales manager for more than ten years.
• have experience of being a area manager for more than five years.
• have a great deal of human resources management and which includes to determine hiring employees, overseeing assignment of employees, planning the staff development, arrange the staff members in various professional levels and create work schedules, and you have experience of being a director for more than 25 workers.
• have a ten years of experience in administrative tasks and preferably acted as a team leader for seven years.
• have the ability to work in accordance to laws and regulations stipulated in Sweden.
About you:
You preferably hold a certification from secondary school combined with commercial competence, which you have supplemented with experience of management, administration, human resources management, marketing and sales operations. You also need strong communication skills and proficiency in English and Arabic, written and spoken alike. We like to see that previous positions have made you an experienced leader who brings enthusiasm and energy to the business and foster a culture of teamwork. Strong business acumen and a results oriented personality are other crucial qualities of yours. Moreover, you are responsive and good at networking as well as comfortable with making operative and important decisions.

We can gladly say that we have a large experience and a very big network in various fields of different economic sectors. We hire talented economists and then we lease them to the companies that are in need of economic advice. All in accordance with the rules and regulations in Sweden. We are now looking to hire yet another talented economist as we are expanding.
