hela Sverige Marketing Communications Project Manager
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Project Manager to drive marketing and communications projects in our customers global Marketing Communications team. In this role, you will manage and coordinate various projects and initiatives across their business area pedestrian. You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure that the brand is consistently represented and effectively communicated to our audiences.

Responsibilities
Project manage, implement, measure, and report on projects and initiatives
Responsible for coordinating and development of product launch marketing material and local implementation
Coordinate and follow up on brand transition projects
Create communications content such as articles, newsletters, videos, campaigns, training sessions, and internal/external activities
Coordinate translations and cooperation's with external partners like agencies, photographer, ect
Support with internal communications
Skills and experiences
University degree in business administration, marketing, communications studies or similar
3+ years of experience in marketing, branding, and communications, with a focus on project management
Proven track record of successful project delivery, including budget and timeline management
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating with external partners and agencies
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
English is our business language, so a high professional level of written and spoken English is necessary.
Familiarity with social media content creation
Expertise in using project management tools and software
Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite and good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
You are a self-going team player with speed and engagement. You need to be flexible and open-minded to new ideas and have the ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment without losing track of priorities. You are comfortable communicating with different target groups and can build networks, both externally and internally.
Full time remote or position based in Landskrona or in Malmö, Sweden.
Start: 20 mars 2023
End: 30 June 2023
