Your responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies for the global market.
Create compelling content for various platforms, including website, social media, and print materials.
Coordinate and manage public relations activities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Manage digital marketing efforts and email marketing.
Coordinate and participate in industry events and trade shows.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing and communication channels.
Your background
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in marketing and communication, preferably within the energy sector or transformer manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
Excellent content creation and storytelling skills.
Experience with marketing analytics and performance measurement.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team, and adapt to a fast-paced, global environment.
To be successful in this role we see that you have strong communicative skills and since you will be working in a global environment, being fluent in English is essential.
