Right now we are looking for Marketing & Communication - Technical Specialist for Business Area Kitchen, Bathroom and Home Appliances for a temporary assignment of 6 months
As a Marketing & Communication Technical Specialist you create and secure high quality of technical communication content for all consumer facing touch points to make the buying process easy and smooth for our customers. You will be a key contributor in creating an open and sharing climate, exploring new ways of working, create and secure that the communication is exceeding customers' expectations by giving honest, clear, relevant and inspiring communication throughout the customer experience.
Your main responsibilities include:
To analyse and identify the need of technical communication content, based on insights and customer needs, for e.g. in/on package, 3D-models, planners, measurements, care instructions, technical and legal texts.
To secure the customer perspective in technical communication when developing news, improves and running range in the product development process.
To secure, create and follow-up technical communication content, through set process with Range & Product Engineering.
To secure that technical communication messages are fulfilled in the communication execution.
To proactively inform communication production suppliers about upcoming plans to secure the technical content readiness.
To work with product from a communication perspective throughout the Product life cycle and the customer experience journey, in connection with technical communication.
To contribute to the Marketing & Communication budget in the Business area, as well as to the yearly Communication Plan from a technical communication perspective.
To contribute to the matrix by creating and co-leading the development of common ways of working, tools and methods, by having an open innovative mind-set.
