Job description:
The primary job objective for the Marketing Manager is to promote the Technia brand and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions in close cooperation with the sales organization. The product portfolio is based on products covering the entire PLM scope.
You have a genuine interest in our customers' challenges and their value creation process. You apply business strategy to develop communication solutions that directly impact business performance.
Planning, creation and execution of lead generating activities is a main responsibility. Partner cooperation, prospecting through different channels and CRM system management are other responsibilities. You work in close cooperation with the Communications Manager to support internal communication efforts within the company. This role is based at the company headquarters in Kista and reports to the Director for Employee Success & Marketing.
Background and skills:
• Minimum 5 years experience from a marketing/sales position of which a minimum of 3 years is with business to business marketing in the IT industry (i.e. from system integrator or enterprise software company).
• Engineering background complemented with marketing studies on university/IHM level or a Bachelor in Business Administration with a major in marketing and strong IT-interest.
• Excellent Swedish and English, written and oral, Finnish is a plus. It is an advantage if you have worked with English living abroad for some years.
• Excellent communication skills.

Like Technia you know that results in marketing come from persistent operative work with a high activity level in teamwork with the sales organization. As you for some activities take on a project leader role you are the driving force to deliver with the right focus and on time.
It takes some toughness and requires that you thrive in a deadline oriented work environment and can manage conflicting priorities. You have a genuine interest of developing your marketing specialist knowledge and finding innovative ways of reaching decision makers through strategic communication, new sales tools and methodologies.
