As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for create and deliver appealing market strategy for all products within the SafeLine group, and make sure all contents are correct. You will work with both hands-on and strategic tasks.
This position is a key role and the success to build brand awareness, will depend heavily on your ability to communicate and work closely and collaboratively with CIO as well as Sales and R teams. You will also collaboratively with representatives and managers in European countries. Your head office is in Tyresö, Stockholm.
Tasks and responsibilities
Based on market research setting up a marketing strategy for the company
Developing a marketing plan, execute and controlling it
Set up a marketing budget for all products and follow up on budget
Work out & Start up promotion campaigns & means for the products, following up and controlling it
Make a balance for marketing actions and suggest improvements
Offering technical support to the commercial platform during launches of the commercial action plans
Work together with R, Sales for improving the strategy on product development
Work closely with the CIO on hardcopy documentation, content and presentation
Control the content flow within the group, guarantee that the produced content is consistent, relevant, in line with SafeLine's Mission and values to attract and retain a clearly defined audience and ultimately to drive profitable customer action
Market research and communicate with sales, management group and its directors
Analysing the Needs of the customer, analysing competitors
Qualifications and personality
5+ years' experience in Marketing, within Electronic and/or Electrical field
Experience of international marketing
Very good skills in collaboration and coordination
Expert in communication and speak in public
Digital and social media competence
Affinity with technology
Self-driven and prestigeless
Analytical and also hands-on
Fluent in Swedish and English
