We're looking for an experienced full stack Marketer to join KRY as Marketing Manager of Sweden. You are a digital marketing star and have management experience to grow our patient base and revenue by driving patient acquisition, engagement and retention. We are growing very quickly and even though you are a person with a strategic mindset, you should enjoy the constant changes in a fast growing start-up. Your goal is to get all potential patients to choose KRY as their number one healthcare provider in Sweden by planning and executing flawless marketing strategies. You are self-motivated, easy-going and passionate to change the way healthcare works.
What you will do:
• Build out the Swedish Marketing Department and manage all aspects of daily activity.
• Establish Kry as the leading healthcare brand in the Sweden.
• Drive and define all patient acquisition and retention efforts through all relevant digital marketing channels, such as affiliate marketing, SEM, SEO, social and performance marketing, partnerships, email.
• Implement PR and offline marketing strategy.
• Responsible for media buying and media agency management.
• Forecasting and revenue delivery responsibility.
• Carrying out local competitor analysis to ensure the company's marketing strategy is competing effectively. You are responsible for knowing the Swedish market, building the brand and positioning KRY in Sweden.
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing at our Stockholm HQ and collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure alignment in communications, product roadmap and overall strategy.
Travel will also occasionally be needed.
Who you are:
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience from building, managing and developing marketing teams in digital environments.
• Ideally experience from a start-up company, you have an excellent track record of delivering results and know the do's and don'ts to successfully scale in the Swedish market.
• Strong experience of working with all aspects of digital marketing.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple unknowns.
• Strong analytical skills and a data driven approach.
• Outstanding written and oral communications skills.
• Experience of managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
