We are now hiring a marketing manager ready to take the opportunity to work for a growth-focused global B2B tech company.
About the role
As the Marketing Manager at Besedo you will be an integral part of the company's global growth journey. You will be involved in developing and executing key growth marketing strategies, tactics and action plans. You will be working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial company with a strong growth focus. You will be part of a global team that has a collaborative spirit with flat hierarchies and a great deal of flexibility. You will be part of a very exciting industry at the cusp of being revolutionised by Artificial intelligence advancements.
This role is located in Stockholm and you will report to the Global Marketing Manager who's also located in Stockholm.
What will you do?
• Execute inbound marketing strategy together with Global Marketing Manager
• Track, evaluate and adapt marketing activities and campaigns based on performance to optimize for lead generation
• On-page optimisation, including keyword research, SEO & PPC strategy alignment, writing meta tags, content optimisation and site architecture analysis.
• Optimise and manage nurturing campaigns to increase lead conversion.
• Manage our Social Media, both organic and paid activities.
• Setup, coordinate and execute monthly industry webinars.
• Manage third-party vendors and agencies to maximize reach and effectiveness.
• Occasionally write copy and produce online resources, such as white papers, eBooks, checklists etc.
Who you are?
• You have 2-3 years' experience working with growth for a SaaS or tech company.
• You have hands-on knowledge in digital marketing activities such as SEO, SEM, Marketing automation, account-based marketing etc.
• You have the mind of a growth hacker, constantly looking to find growth opportunities
• You have basic working experience with inDesign, Photoshop and Premiere pro.
• You thrive in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
• You are a self-driven, proactive, and like to take the initiative.
• You are analytical and highly organised.
• You are straight forward and have no problems giving and receiving feedback.
• You are fluent in English and other languages, eg: German, French or Spanish would be an advantage.
