As Marketing Manager at Liljedahl Winding Wire AB, you will be responsible for Liljedahl Winding Wire's Marketing and Sales. The division includes 4 units located in Sweden, Poland, Germany and China, and the company's customers are mainly abroad. The position is placed in Mannheim, Germany.
Main duties:
• Total responsibility for LWWs Marketing and Sales
• Development of new markets and customers
• Strategic development of business models and price strategy
• Support to the organization regarding customers and negotiations
• Transferring the market needs to LWW new products
• Responsible for LWW Web solution, CRM, fairs etc
You will join the Management Team at Liljedahl Winding Wire and report directly to CEO. The position includes management for 17 direct reports in Sweden, Poland and Germany.
Travelling is required, about 100 days per year. As the position is placed in Mannheim, Germany, Liljedahl Winding Wire can be of assistance locating accommodation.
Qualification:
You have experience as a Marketing and Sales Manager with deep expertise in sales and marketing from preferably the industry sector with global customers. It is important that you have a good business understanding, are an experienced negotiator and willing to work with demanding customers. You have a strategic approach with an ability to see the big picture to reach common goals. This also requires you to have good communications skills, both to customers and the internal organization.
Another important experience is:
• margin calculation
• understanding of earnings and balance sheet
• CRM-system
• Project Management with business focus
Academic degree at university/college level is a requirement.
English and German fluently oral and written, additional languages is an advantage.
