Marketing/GTM Manager (ref. code GTM1000):
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the marketing department in Scandinavia, including a team of five people. The department's function is to translate global strategies of all brands into execution for the local markets in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. As a manager you play an important role in the team's execution when it comes to e.g. campaigns based on global strategy and assets, developing marketing plans based on pre-approved sets of activities, marketing mix guidance and marketing budget by brand. You will make sure that the marketing activities are executed the most efficient and effective way to create great experiences, increase awareness and drive business. You're also responsible of ensuring that we stay on top of our game when it comes to digital marketing, channels and approaches. As a part of the Scandinavian Management Team you are responsible for the direction, strategy and overall performance of the Scandinavian organisation.

You are also responsible for:
Being the link between Basel head quarter and Scandinavia when it comes to marketing and brands
Execute marketing plans in the region
Manage/monitor local marketing budget
Preparation of new brand launches
Participation in local trade fairs, roadshows, customer events
People management
The position requires travelling.

You will report directly to Managing Director Scandinavia & Benelux.

Marketing/GTM Specialist:
As part of the marketing department the Marketing/GTM Specialist drives brand execution in the Scandinavia. Building on the prep work from the global brand teams, like country specific assortments and standardization of processes and marketing packages, the Marketing/GTM specialist focuses on the executional part of the brand strategy in all sales channels. You also make sure that we have the correct approach locally in order to focus on the biggest opportunities to grow business.

You're also responsible for:
Provide seasonal sell-in directive tools for all brands to account representatives.
Provide recommendations on the marketing strategy and execution based on global direction.
Execution of global brand and product strategies
Supports Brand Specialists with brand content & materials
Country brand roll out - cross-channel business analysis/insights
Providing specific market data and insights like competitor benchmarks for specific input milestones
Continuous follow up on development of our brands in the Scandinavian market.

You will report directly to Marketing/GTM Manager.

To strengthen our Scandinavian organisation we are currently looking for 2 new positions placed in our Scandinavian head office in Gothenburg, Marketing/GTM Manager and Marketing/GTM Specialist. We offer an exciting and challenging environment in an international company with strong brands.

Marketing/GTM Manager (ref. code GTM1000):
We're searching for a candidate with several years within retail/FMCG business. As a person you are an energetic, forward thinking team player who thinks in terms of solution. You have a strong personality and are able to convert ideas into concrete actions and results and takes full responsibility for the outcome of your job. You are using excellent communication skills with the ability to work with and influence people of seniority across the business.

Required experience and skills:
5-7 years of relevant experience
Experience in working with strong brands
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business management or related field, preferable with Master Degree.
Preferable experience from working in a global company
Fluent Swedish & English, both written and oral. Preferably good knowledge in Norwegian and Danish.

Marketing/GTM Specialist (ref. code GTM2000):
As a person you see yourself as a motivated self-starter who creates opportunities and finds solutions for upcoming challenges. You're a teamplayer with "can-do" mentality who takes ownership of responsibilities and strives to develop yourself and seek feedback. You have an outgoing personality and enjoy making new contacts and building relationships both internal and external.

Required experience and skills:
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position expected
Experience in working with strong brands
Business or bachelor degree in Marketing, Economics, Business management or related field.
Fluent Swedish & English, both written and oral.
It is an advantage if you have a background in sales.
