MultiMind Bemanning is searching for a Marketing Manager to an international company specialized in developing enterprise software products. The company has its Nordic head office located in Stockholm. This is a 5-6 months assignment, with a potential recruitment.
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing communications plan for Nordics in Western Europe. This role involves working closely with main stakeholders – Application Sales Leader Nordics, Industry business units, Regional sales, EMEA/Apps Marketing and Alliances. Excellent project management skills are required to ensure Nordics ERP & EPM content is properly integrated and executed as part of key pan EMEA/WE programs/events.
Main Responsibilities
Development and implementation of marketing communications plan for Western Europe with focus on Co-ordination of marketing delivery across all channels
Marketing of key products and applications into Nordics specifically focused on ERP (Financials, Human Capital Management & SCM) & EPM (including Business Intelligence)
Pipeline generation – including producing lead generation and customer nurturing programs across Nordics
Coordinate with PR and advertising to ensure programs are integrated where necessary
Liaise with key stakeholders including Sales, Industry business unit, Industry marketing, country and applications marketing, GB team, technology teams and alliances
Work with Global business units to ensure close collaboration and integration of activities to ensure one voice to the market
Workload spread will be across the Nordics countries depending on revenue targets, based in Sweden.
Qualifications and skills required:
Knowledge of Marketing disciplines and qualifications
Knowledge of Industry Marketing or Manufacturing, Retail and Life Sciences industries helpful
Excellent IT knowledge
Budget & project management
Experience of working with third party suppliers and managing agencies
Experience of using marketing and sales processes and systems
Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Swedish (any other regional language considered as an asset, especially Finish)
