Qiiwi Games AB is a growth company that started its journey in 2012 and develops games for mobile platforms such as iOS and Android. They focus on developing mobile games focused on "Casual Gamers" in the genre Trivia, Match-3 and Word/Puzzle. Qiiwi Games works with more well-known brands such as Kitchen Nightmares and Hells Kitchen. The company currently has 53 employees and offices in Alingsås, Sweden and Nicosia, Cyprus. Together, all employees work to make Qiiwi Games the leading company in mobile game development.
Tasks and responsibilities:
In the role of User Acquisition Manager, are you responsible for creating, optimizing and maintaining Qiiwi Games marketing campaigns. You are responsible for the company's marketing strategies and invest in buying traffic for the company's games. Through your analysis of the marketing campaigns that are carried out, based on ROAS and LTV, you ensure that the company's strategies are effective and profitable. You independently drive the work forward to optimize the campaigns that are carried out.
You work as the primary contact between managers in Cyprus and the management team in marketing matters and to adapt and optimize the campaigns to each product. You belong to a team of three people and in the long run, a marketing team will be designed from your expertise. As Qiiwi Games is a listed growth company with high ambitions, there are good development opportunities where you can eventually become part of the company's management team.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• Work experience of a similar role where you have worked with digital marketing and marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of Facebook and Google Ads, merit with knowledge of IronSource, Unity Ads, AdColony or similar networks
• Unimpeded knowledge of English both speech and writing, meriting with knowledge of Swedish
• If you have a proven track record of handling digital ad accounts for other companies it is a merit.

You contribute with ideas and new perspectives that contribute to the improvement of processes and routines. You are good at setting up and keeping time frames and are keen to work until the results are achieved. You have an open attitude towards other people and see a value in collaborating. Furthermore, it is important for you to be careful with details in the daily work and you leave nothing undone.
