This is a senior, broad marketing role where the right candidate will be leading high profile strategy- and brand development projects on the nr 1 coffee liqueur worldwide- Kahlúa. The role has high strategic height but also requires a super strong commercial mindset and a solid consumer centric approach.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
• L Lead/co-lead brand strategy development projects (e.g. consumer targeting, Playbook, business model definition, portfolio strategy, brand vision projects) in collaboration with key stakeholders and team members.
• Lead implementation of strategy in collaboration with our key markets, the broader Kahlúa departments and key stakeholders.
• Conduct innovation/brand extension projects on both Global and semi-global scale
• Act as a role model, and as internal and external ambassador to build brand pride and enthusiasm for Kahlúa.
Key Responsibilities & Activities
• Take an active part in building the strategic brand plan
• Support in building the annual budget plan
• Drive strategic marketing initiatives from concept to execution i.e. Innovation and Portfolio Management
• Support brand related projects owned by other functions i.e. Communication and Consumer Insights
• Act as an ambassador both internally & externally
• Lead NPD projects / portfolio management
Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone with a broad marketing profile with solid strategic acumen coupled with commercial orientation and excellent leadership & communication skills. Are you analytical by nature and have a proven, long term track record of delivering strategic foundations and directions? Have you worked internationally and in more than two types of industries? Key Capabilities:
• Solid strategic acumen and passion for uncovering business, market and consumer insights that can help deliver business building strategic direction for Kahlúa and our market partners.
• Ability to easily shift between strategic and executional areas of work..and loving it!
• A goal-oriented, totally autonomously power house that at times takes a break to challenge one the team members in ping-pong.
• Excellent leadership skills as well as strong passion and ownership in linking strategic development to market implementation and business impact. A curious mind and the willingness to learn and grow by leading scary and large projects
• A prominent team player that masters on collaborative ways of working to effectively cooperate within the Kahlúa team, across functions and with market partners.
• Very strong communication and presentation skills coupled with ability to effectively interact at senior management level.
• English spoken and written with great proficiency.
