As an In-Store Marketing Manager you are a part of the marketing team and responsible for the Marketing communication and execution at store level. This includes brand awareness, retail fixtures, fairs, events and Field Teams across the Nordics.
In this role you are responsible of managing different kinds of projects, working closely with your colleagues to maintain and execute the different tasks within a given time period.
You need to be structured, a good presenter and a good communicator.
In this role you are fully responsible for each of your project, from the starting point up until finalization and execution.
Tasks
This job will include tasks such as:
• Managing store identity Global Consistency and developing display guideline and implementing the concept into stores & retailers across the Nordic market.
• Shop display planning / production / Installation / review (reporting) / store AUDIT etc.
• Controlling local production, installation and communication with several vendors.
• Evaluate ROI; implement cost and field team workforce efficiencies.
• Competitor monitoring, planning local store refresh and managing the whole process.
• Shopper research and monitoring store environment for best space and sell out
• Working with our retail partners to help implement the marketing and promotional plan for retail partners and new store launches. Acting as the key contact for all retail marketing in order to develop and deliver all local marketing activity across at all Nordic stores.
Qualifications
It is desired that you have the following qualifications:
• Experience: at least 4-years of experience in Retail Marketing with a strong knowledge of the retail environment in the creation of windows, in-store communication and retail brand concepts.
• Proficient with Microsoft office package (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Strong project management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Graphic Designer Photoshop & leadership skills are a plus.
• Language skills required: Fluent in English.
