British Car Import (BC Sweden) is a fast growing company with many fantastic new products coming our way. Jaguar Land Rover is continually developing and introducing a wider model range and growing in sales volume. They are accelerating in 2017 and will be recruiting several positions. The office is located in Hyllie, where you will work in a nice environment with great colleagues.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Prepare year and quarterly plans that support sales plan/target, including budget.
* Ensure use of JLR prepared materials and activities for the Swedish market.
* Ensure cooperation with media and marketing agencys.
* Ensure coherence between local dealers and national activities.
* Ensure that there is consistency between the importers activity level and dealers activity level.
* Cooperation with dealers about their marketing plans; regarding preparation, execution and follow-up.
* Cooperation with BCI Online Business Partner.
* Overall responsibility for CRM and customer journeys.
THE JOB IN BRIEF
The Marketing Manager is responsible for marketing activities in Sweden, which will support sales of cars and parts/accessories. You will cooperate with marketing in the Scandinavian countries to enable best practice sharing. The Marketing Manager will prepare an annual plan that supports sales objectives and include a marketing budget, of which he/she is responsible. You will also ensure that the marketing of Jaguar Land Rover is in line with international guidelines and local conditions and legislation. You will be based at our office in Malmö and you will report to our Country Manager on site. You will have two persons, a Marketing Assistant and a Product Manager, reporting to you.
WHO ARE YOU?
You have a minimum of 5+ years working experience within marketing and communication, from a business driven organization. Experience from the automotive industry is meritorious. You have a relevant academic degree in marketing and/or communication. It is important that you have both knowledge and great interest in how marketing drives sales. You have a good understanding of business principals, customer retention and international marketing of premium brands.
As a person you are positive, engaged, outgoing and accommodating. You have a structured and holistic approach, and you are keen to meet deadlines and follow international brand guidelines. You are a strong team player, and as a leader you support and coach your team. Excellent communication and presentation skills is required, written and spoken. A strong command of English language skills and good understanding of the Scandinavian languages is a must. We strongly believe that you have an enthusiasm for Jaguar Land Rover products and services.
