Main areas of responsibility
As Marketing Manager you will have the operational responsibility for running and developing the Marketing Department, which currently consists of two people. You will be responsible for the production and execution of marketing and communication plans that will further strengthen Hyper Island's market position. In addition, you will negotiate contracts with cooperation partners, plan and execute campaigns, events and other marketing projects, as well as supervise and further develop all other communication material.
Qualifications
We are looking for a person with a couple of years' experience in a similar position, who are used to budget and results responsibility. You are driven, goal oriented and place importance upon delivering high quality results. As a person, you are solution oriented and self-sufficient; you make decisions and take the initiative when the situation demands it. In order to succeed within and enjoy Hyper Island, it is important that you are modest and can deal with major and minor tasks in an expansive and entrepreneurial business climate. As much of the communication will be in English, it is important that you are fluent in both written and spoken English.

The job is a full time permanent position, located in Stockholm.
