hela Sverige Sales Development, part of Business Centre Separator Systems, is driving business growth for high speed separator (HSS) systems used within the food industry. Our area of responsibility covers vegetable oil, protein, brewery, wine, condiments, other beverages and renewable resources. As a part of the Food HSS team you will be the Marketing expert for Food applications.
About the job
Your key tasks will be to:
Selection of target segments, setting market strategy and market plan and drive implementation
Analyse the business, the growth plan and existing competence and availability of sales, service and Engineering & Supply for target segments and present the gaps and propose how to close the gaps in terms of resources, profiles, location, organisation
Analyse product range fitness across targeted segments and suggest product development/modification needs to central organisation
Communication and alignment across Capital Sales, Service, Engineering & Supply, Operations and central units
Guide sales organisation to application and product support but limited direct involvement in sales projects
Main focus and drive area will be Food Applications, PEP business will be limited to reactive support. Background: You have experience from Sales & Marketing of separator systems or similar products. You are good at collaborating and networking to get things done. You have good leadership and communication skills and are capable of strategic, analytical and commercial thinking. The successful candidate is energetic and self-driving and have experience with and passion for the commercial side of the business. The job is located in the Sales Development hub in Shanghai, China and will require around 30-70 days per year of travel.
