Working closely with Company President to develop and implement overall marketing strategy, programs, positioning as well as messaging for new and existing products.
Responsibilities
Analyze and monitor product market size, market share, competitor positions, revenue opportunities, as well as market trends.
Develop and reinforce marketing processes for interaction with Sales and Operations.
Manage the content for the company’s corporate website
Be responsible for overseeing the websites search engine optimization strategy, including keyword analysis and link aggregation.
Manage industry conferences, including conducting analysis of effectiveness and prioritization of exhibiting and attendance, product presentations, and booth design directions.
Initiate and lead the process of creating customer case studies, success stories, press releases globally as well as in each country of the HansaWorld Group separately.
Develop marketing materials (design and contence) together with the team of designers and product specialists.
Management of all Marketing team members.
Organisational Relationships
The Marketing Manager reports directly to the Company President and Board of Directors.
Requirements
Educational background in marketing, IT or business management.
Experience with marketing and/or sales of ERP/CRM systems or any business-consulting services is a must.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to travel on regular basis.
Willingness to commit to intensive product learning and training in the first few months.
Fluent English, both verbal and written.
