Responsible for supporting all marketing programs and business relationships with key identified accounts defined by channel and/or corridor. Also, responsible for cultivating business relationships with key account and key corridor marketing partners and fostering relationship with sales partners and marketing through Social Medias.
Job description
Brand's Visibility:
• Plan and execute market communication strategies & sales promotion schemes to create brand visibility and increase awareness of the company's product in the market.
• Branding of locations to create location awareness among customers.
Build and strengthen relationship with agents & sub agents
• Plan and Implement scheme for business partners
• Manage retail relationship and report partners' requests to head office/sales team
Campaigns Management
• Participate in setting up the forecast for the annual marketing plan according to assigned budget
• Plan and execute forecasted campaigns; conduct & manage grass root promotions, festive branding, and road shows to attract customers
• Logistics: ensure all material is properly designed and distributed, mails, SMS and other adverts sent
• ROI calculation, optimization for future campaigns
Projects Management
• Loyalty programs development and execution.
• Development of merchandising materials.
• Sales team and Store Manager support.
We're looking for a person that have relevant education within marketing and communication and several years of experience of similar work tasks. You have a genuine interest in the digital area and a good platform with the traditional channels. As a person you are independent and confident and appreciates a work that is both strategic and operational. Naturally you are a communicative person who easily can express yourself in written and speech. To succeed in this position you need to be prestigeless, convincing and have integrity.
