As Marketing Manager, your main focus will be to create a dynamic Lead Factory that provides the fuel for our sales channels.
You will secure most profitable growth for Neopost by identifying harmonizing and implementing the most efficient Marcom activities. You will maintain and provide strength to company's brand position in assigned marketing area. Secure the message is consistent. You will work mainly on a tactic and operational level. Central tasks are to read the market, look for new opportunities and ways to ensure that we reach our sales targets. Furthermore you develop campaigns and are responsible for the marcom activities and ensure that the result of the marketing activities is in line with the company's brand strategy, vision and ROI.

• Communication & Promotion: Build a successful Lead Factory and run it. Objective is to create a solid process to get prospects, create leads, enrich/complete prospect/customer data, validate the customer interest, re-evaluate lost leads
• Customer Management, Market Research, Data analysis
• Marcom activities
• Develop, drive and execute a marketing plan based on the company's business plan with clear goals for Neopost total customer offer.

You are passionate about working with sales teams and have experience of working with multi-channel lead generation and technique effectiveness measurement. We believe you are thinking out of the box and are an analytical Marketing professional. You understand marketing is a numbers game and the importance of Customer Management, Data analysis and Market research. You will with creative and intelligent marketing, develop, drive and execute the marketing function, above mentioned key focus areas as well as other tasks as you progress.

Personal Profile:
This is a great opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Marketing Manager who enjoys working hard in order to make a positive and visible contribution to a business. You have an excellent track record as Marketing Manager; you are commercial and look for maximizing customer and business value in every activity. This role will suit a candidate who is highly self-motivated and above all, you are target-driven and result-focused. You have great skills in project management. You are a team-player (energizer) and you have a hands on approach. Furthermore you are analytical structured and well organized. As the successful candidate you are a strong communicator with good interpersonal skills. You are fluent in English and in at least one Nordic language. You are confident at using Microsoft office especially Excel, Word and Power- Point.

You will report directly to the Managing Director for the North District and with a dotted line to Marketing-& Core CSS Digital Director for the region.
