The loan industry is facing a revolution around the world through peer-to-peer lending and LendLink has now entered the market with a completely new platform for connecting lenders and borrowers in Sweden. Through peer-to-peer lending we create a healthy and modern credit culture. Together we can produce better interest rates, for the benefit of all parties.
Banks virtually have a monopoly on lending out money and those who dare to challenge the monopoly are mostly targeted at those with low credit ratings, and with correspondingly higher interest rates as a result. LendLink address premium borrowers. Borrowers with a stable economy that qualify for loans at the banks. Our process is fast and rates are competitive compared to what the alternatives can offer.
The role of Marketing Manager includes:
• Responsible for communicating and strengthening overall brand strategy.
• To ensure and develop our message and relevant marketing with the goal to drive our sales and customer development, and strengthen our brand.
• Be proactive in developing new concepts and partnerships aimed at generating sales.
• To lead other people and take a major responsibility for producing relevant content to our owned channels, for example Facebook or own website.
• To be involved in the selection of external partners and agencies and develop those partnerships successfully.
• Drive relevant and converting traffic to our website from all the relevant channels.
• To evaluate and analyse the data we collect in order to constantly optimize our marketing. This both from a sales driven and brand building perspective.
You have a proven record of accomplishment where you have worked to build strong brands, driving quality traffic, creating and distributing content that pushed the senders business forward and you know the digital world at your fingertips and understand how the on- and off-line interacts. We think you have a number of years of experience dealing with this, either with marketing of an individual brand or at an agency. Preferably experience from both sides. You are fluent in Swedish and English, other Nordic languages are a plus. We do not write much more about how we think your background looks. We would rather see you take the lead and explain to us why you want the job and what you can do for us.
Your remuneration will be a combination of fixed salary and equity options.
