As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for helping conceptualize, drive, execute, and monitor marketing initiatives to meet company goals. Being adept at strategic brand management, with an understanding of media and analytics, and social media expertise is critical to the role.
The candidate will play a key part in shaping brand perception, expanding into new markets, and ensuring Truecaller remains salient and relevant. This is a strategic marketing role with a direct impact on business success.
The impact you will create:
Marketing & Business Growth
Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth and market expansion.
Ensure marketing efforts align with company goals, delivering measurable impact on brand and business success.
Identify and capitalize on media opportunities to strengthen Truecaller's presence in key markets.
Social Media as a Growth Lever
Own and manage global social media channels, ensuring they support overall marketing objectives.
Maintain a structured content calendar to align social media with business initiatives.
Optimize paid social strategies, ensuring budget allocation maximizes brand reach and engagement
Community and brand engagement
Performance & Optimization
Monitor and analyze marketing performance, using insights to refine strategies.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Ensure marketing and social media efforts work together to enhance Truecaller's visibility.
Trend Monitoring & Market Expansion
Stay ahead of marketing trends, emerging platforms, and audience behaviors.
Identify new market opportunities and tailor marketing initiatives for expansion.
Suggest and implement strategic campaigns that align with Truecaller's long-term vision.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work with product, design, content, and data teams to align marketing execution with company objectives.
Coordinate with media teams and external partners to enhance brand visibility.
Ensure marketing initiatives are well-executed, impactful, and measured for success.
What you bring in:
At least 7 + years of experience in marketing management.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing strategy and execution, ideally in a global or multi-market environment.
Strong understanding of media, branding, and audience engagement.
Experience managing social media as part of a broader marketing function.
A Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing and social media performance.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to balance multiple projects.
It would be great if you also have:
Experience in market expansion strategies.
Background in paid media and content amplification.
A curious and creative mindset
