Job Summary
Would you like to work with exciting brands and businesses in the food & beverage industry? Do you have a strategic mindset and get excited by driving business opportunities forward? -Then you might be our new team member in the North Europe Marketing Team.
We are looking for a pro-active and result driven Marketing Manager who will be responsible and accountable for driving marketing activities within North Europe, with main focus on the Nordic markets. You will work closely with customers to further drive Tetra Pak's business by deploying marketing services programs and portfolio as suitable per customer and market need.
Your key stakeholders will be Sales, Marketing, Sustainability, Communication, Global Marketing & Portfolio colleagues, Marketing Directors and Managers of customers as well as Marketing suppliers.
The position is based in Lund and will report to the Marketing Director for North Europe. Travelling for this role amounts to approximatively 20%.
What you will do
Support the implementation of North Europe Operational plan and strategic programs with strong focus on sustainability and innovation across the business.
Participate in identifying market growth opportunities aligned with the strategy and prioritized growth initiatives, deploy and execute value-driven activities across markets and with customers.
Work closely with customers to secure alignment and deliver best customer value. Drive and deliver marketing services for key customers, prepare and drive customer meetings related to marketing activities.
Analyse and use market and research data with customers. Apply market and business intelligence to drive business opportunities with customers and prospects.
Manage Market Promotional Investment for marketing activities spend and follow up and control in accordance to budget and guidelines
Drive and ensure a strong marketing relationship with Sales and Business Development team to ensure that the prioritized strategic growth initiatives are progressing as planned and that they are supported from a marketing perspective with insights and value-driven activation accordingly
Participate and lead specific cross-border projects and meetings within North Europe
We believe you have
at least 7 years of Marketing Experience, preferably gained as a marketing manager / leader in a global organization, where sustainability is important.
professional skills in cross-portfolio, category management, BI, marketing communication and you understand how to use digital tools and digital marketing activities in a value adding way.
good experience within B2B and B2C marketing and understanding or experience of the FMCG marketing principles counts as a big plus
project management experience
multi-cultural exposure
university/college degree or MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing discipline.
fully fluent in English, both written and spoken
solid computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is sufficient for the role
As a person, you are dynamic, structured and have a creative mind. You can work on a strategic level and taking ownership of valuable management and execution of projects as well as customers. You have excellent communication skills, equally adaptable in written/verbal communication and presentation situations. You can engage people on all levels.
Besides, you can demonstrate strength in analyzing data and formulating recommendations that turns in to valuable actions. With your outstanding business understanding and commercial mindset, you can make numbers meaningful in the context of the wider business. Your strong project management skills help you to effectively support the organization in achieving business targets.
You should be available to visit customers, so driving license is required.
