What You'll Do:
Social Media:
Energize and optimize our social media presence.
Breathe life into our social media plans, ensuring timely, engaging content.
Craft and share captivating content across various social platforms.
Graphic Design:
Turn marketing ideas into stunning digital and print visuals.
Blend creativity and adherence to our style guide to craft eye-catching designs.
Create marketing materials that proudly represent Ängsbacka.
Copywriting:
Give our brand a voice through compelling written content.
Adapt your words to resonate with diverse audiences across digital and print.
Keep our messaging and branding consistent, creating a lasting impact.
Managing and executing Marketing Plans
We have created individual Marketing Plans for all our main festivals, in co-creation with festival responsible. Your job will be to ensure the timely execution of these plans and to work together with festival responsible where needed.
Marketing Team Deputy
You will support the Marketing Director in building and inspiring a thriving marketing team, including its volunteers. You will also support in building good relationships with the on-site community and our collaborators (e.g. festival/course responsible). You will be the deputy responsible for the team, when the Marketing Director is away.
What You Bring:
Hands-On Experience: You've been in the trenches, executing marketing activities like a pro, whether in social media, graphic design, or copywriting.
Creativity: You see possibilities where others see limitations and infuse your work with originality.
Communication Skills: Your written and verbal English skills are top-notch, helping you connect with audiences effortlessly.
Detail-Oriented: You're the kind of person who sweats the small stuff, ensuring our marketing materials are flawless.
Adobe Creative Suite (Advantageous): If you know your way around Adobe Creative Suite, that's a bonus for graphic design tasks, but it's not a deal-breaker.
Passion: Familiarity with Ängsbacka's products and offerings is a plus, but what we truly value is your enthusiasm to contribute to our growth.
Swedish Speakers (Extra Points): If you're a native Swedish speaker, it's a bonus for the copywriting aspect, but we welcome talent from around the world.
This is a role fitting for a person willing and capable of committing long term; preferably a minimum of 1 years or longer. The ideal start date for this exciting role is no later than January 1st. We understand the importance of striking a balance between work and life/community, and that's why we're offering a flexible 50-100% paid position. While you'll begin at 50%, our intention is to nurture your growth within Ängsbacka, with the goal of eventually making this a full-time, 100% role. Your dedication and contributions will pave the way for this exciting evolution with us.
