During the last couple of years, TSS launched their new sales and marketing process, with strong focus on lead and demand generation through digital communication where campaigns and marketing automation is supported by Pardot/Salesforce. Recently TSS also launched a new website www.tssab.com on the Webflow platform, serving as the key hub for communicating TSS value proposition and solutions. We are now looking for an agile strategic marketing professional with strong digital marketing skills, and a passion for communication and collaboration to take the company to the next level.

Responsibilities stretch over web and digital marketing, content - both solution and thought leadership- planning and production and face to face events. You will work very closely with not only the sales and key account staff to communicate value to prospects and customers, but also with the product management team and all other departments of the company in cross-functional projects - providing marketing expertise to the organization. You will be responsible for the marketing process that covers corporate and strategic marketing, lead and demand generation, solution marketing and account-based marketing and report to the Chief Revenue Officer for TSS.

You hold the critical role to collect insights and knowledge from the entire organization and convert it into effective marketing communication, supporting the strategies of TSS.

Examples of tasks:

Create and drive marketing and communications strategy, brand and messaging platforms
Generate educational and inspirational content for primarily digital channels, to position TSS as the expert go-to-partner in the field of digital pharma supply chain and drive awareness and adoption of TSS solutions (research - write -publish).
Understand market trends, customer challenges/pain points and assess the competitor landscape
Defining and enforcing brand standards for internal and external communication
Develop GTMS and produce global product launches
Continuously improve performance and content on the company's website www.tssab.se
Support sales and key account managers with messages and collateral to create value and drive growth. When needed, produce sales material, presentations primarily in PowerPoint, but also Adobe Creative Suite
Work with account managers and customers to develop stories around value of TSS solutions
Source expertise and lead work with external partners when needed
Support HR to develop employer branding communication materials and run continuous campaigns

Skills & Requirements:

You have a strong understanding of technology marketing (SaaS, IT, IoT or Tech products) and an analytical mindset to develop appropriate measurement goals and achievement to goals. You combine an ability to meet deadlines with focus while participating collaboratively in a fast-paced team with a quality focus and attention to details. Energy, enthusiasm, passion and commercial awareness are some of the traits that characterize you and that also gives you the ability to create excitement, both internally and externally. You have a thorough understanding of modern (digital) marketing techniques and a high degree of self-management and accountability with solid leadership skills.

Degree in Marketing or Communications
B2B SaaS/Technology-based marketing experience
Experience in creating webinars, video and other digital marketing
Preferably Pardot/Salesforce but minimum any advanced marketing automation tool
Experience using automation and analytics tools (Salesforce, Social, Analytics)
Acquisition and lead generation experience
Experience within a fast-changing, start-up or similar environments (flexibility)
English very well/fluent written and spoken
International experience would be beneficial
