We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team at our office in Stockholm where we support our global organization with marketing strategies and activities.
What does the Marketing Team at Hive do?
Hive's Marketing team are key players in positioning Hive as a leading actor within internal video experience. We work with account-based marketing towards selected B2B Enterprise companies using smart tools - from SEO, marketing automation and conversion optimization to social media and tailored content.
The marketing team works closely with all teams at Hive, making sure the right message gets out to the right people at the right time.
Previous Experience
• 4+ years of experience working in Marketing
• Experience with leading marketing projects from start to finish, with attention to details as well as the overall perspective.
• Experience in tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager (or similar)
• Experience working with Account Based Marketing
• Experience working close to C-level executives as well as with other teams
• Native-level proficiency in English (in both talking and writing)
Preferable (but not essential)
• Experience working in and/or strong interest in the B2B SaaS/tech fields
• Relevant degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent
• Experience working towards Enterprise companies
• Tech Savy, meaning you have experience working with different marketing and sales systems

Working as a Marketing Manager
In this role you will combine strategical thinking with working hands-on. You will lead a wide range of projects and find new ways to increase our pipeline in close collaboration with our customer facing teams. Your main tasks will involve...

Since we are a small team, all roles involve hands-on work with a wide range of marketing tasks, supporting and executing wherever needed. We think you are a curious, T-shaped marketer (meaning you possess a broad range of marketing skills - but have doubled down on a couple of favorite areas that sets you apart!)
