Marketing manager Sweden
We are looking for a Swedish Marketing Manager to lead and guide our Swedish and Danish marketing team. You will be part of the Nordic marketing leadership team to deliver activities according to the Nordic marketing strategy supporting both internal and external customers. You will be based in Kista Galleria in Sweden and you will be visiting all our centres in Sweden and Denmark. Some other travel in the Nordics will be part of the role.
Duties and responsibilities
• Responsible for marketing & communication for 7 centres in Sweden and Denmark.
• Lead and coach the Swedish marketing team
• Responsible for the daily business of the marketing team which includes planning, executing and optimizing all the marketing plans.
• Optimize and keep track of the marketing budgets
• Lead the annual work of all centres marketing plans to deliver on our overall KPIs and support each centres unique KPIs.
• Our Marketing aim to drive physically and digital traffic and of course also sales to our centers. We strive to improve the local brand awareness- and preferences and at the same time improve the customer journey and atmosphere in our centers
• Responsible for Swedish advertising agency, event and media agencies.
• Collaboration with several internal stakeholders in a Matrix organization
• Collaborate with municipality, local community partners and all our tenants.
• Develop our clients marketing on a nordic level and collaborate with the other three Nordic Marketing Managers, Marketing Manager Nordics and VP Marketing.
• Take initiatives to new marketing opportunities, keep up with trends within the industry and marketing business.
• Represent marketing in our Property Development projects where you ensure the consumer journey and coordinate activities and communication with the communication department who runs the B2B communication and marketing
• Be part of the strategy and vision projects for all our local centers from at marketing point of view
You are a structured problem solver which makes sure things get delivered and have a flexible mindset. You thrive in an environment with many projects going on at the same time. You also like having many different touch points within and outside the organization, whilst having great communication and relationship building skills.
Profile
• University degree (min. bachelor) within marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 5-7 years of work experience within marketing
• Leadership experience of a marketing team
• Experience from either the retail business, the property business or the entertainment business are an advantage
• You've got experience of some kind om MA system such as Sales Force, Marketo or similar
• Fluency of English and Swedish, spoken and written
• International company experience is an advantage
• Experience of a matrix organization is also an advantage
