hela Sverige TSS AB is a Swedish, leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider, with more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. TSS provides supply-chain temperature monitoring solutions globally to ensure the safety of millions of patients every day. In order to support todays company growth TSS needs to increase brand awareness globally. We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to join the sales and marketing organization on this exciting growth journey. TSS global headquarter will from 2020 be in the life science cluster emerging in Hagastaden, close to Karolinska Institute Solna.
The role
This role requires strong communication skills, project management and analytical capabilities along with passion for digital marketing. You will have a wide range of responsibilities; everytihng from PR and influencing engagement, market insights generation, digital content production to delivery in alternative channels.
You will work very closely with sales and key account staff to generate and communicate value to our customers, along with cross-functional communications internally - providing marketing expertise through out the organization. Web, CRM, Communications, Project leadership - all in one role. You report to the CRO - Chief Revenue Officer, for TSS.
Examples of tasks:
Support sales in working with key accounts (existing and prospects), to create value and drive growthTake lead on marketing automation and digital loyalty promotion campaigns (leads, conversion, optimization)Act as primary contact with agencies, taking lead on the production of digital and printed materials such as animations, films, white paper, trade fairs visuals and activitiesGenerate educational and inspirational content for primarily digital channelsResponsibility for continuous improvement work and content on the company's website
www.tss.seDeliver requirements and strategy for system integrations regarding marketing funktions such as CRM, MA, live chat etc.When needed, produce sales material, presentations primarily in Powerpoint, but also Adobe Creative SuiteDevelop Employer branding communication materials and run continuous campaigns
About you
You are a digital native teamplayer with a very good generic knowledge of marketing, launch materials, channel adaptation, B2B environments, PR and Events. You have worked with B2B marketing preferably in a SaaS environment and you are a fluent English speaker with good verbal as well as writing skills in English. Swedish is a plus. You have an interest and genuine curiosity for technology, SW, health and our future. As a person, you are social, open, creative and self driven. You enjoy taking initiatives and make sure that things happen.
Your knowledge and experience :
Preferably a bachelor's degree in marketing & communication or alike.More than 5 years of experience working as marketing coordinator or alike preferably in a software companyExperienced within Digital B2B marketing including marketing automationGood communicating skills, having worked with creating attractive and easy-to-understand content (film, animation, white paper etc) in EnglishExperienced senior marketing coordinator: you have coordinated several internal departments with external partnersKnowledge to run and evaluate campaigns on Web and Social Media that generate value (Google Analytics and Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn,...)Being able to work and produce basic materials/content is a plus (photoshop, indesign, illustrator etc)
