Designing, developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans to support the organization's products and to meet the organization's objectives. In addition, you will manage the product portfolios in such a way that optimizes positioning of the products for the Nordic market.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES PLANNING
• Maintain awareness of the market developments and translating those developments into effective marketing strategies and product portfolios
• Deliver operational marketing plans that meet business expectations and can be implemented at a country level
• Ensure the marketing plans optimize the return on marketing investment within the budgetary constraints
• Analyse and report on the progress of the marketing plan to the Country Manager
INNOVATION
• Lead and encourage a culture of innovation to generate ideas for enhancing our service offering
• Manage the progression of new opportunities from conception through to launch ensuring that agreed quality and timescales are achieved within budget
THERAPY AREA AND PRODUCT POSITIONING
• Implementing and incorporating the Central Campaigns provided by Corporate Marketing
• Ensuring that the marketing message is conveyed appropriately for the local audience
BRAND MANAGEMENT
Ensure that the product brands are:
• Marketed consistently across all markets
• Refreshed to support lifecycle management
Having ownership of the various channels of communication, including digital marketing, website content and sales collateral, you will ensure that Corporate and local communications optimize our brand messaging and sales opportunities.
MANAGING THE INTERNATIONAL SCOPE
• Ensure compliance with local regulations (Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark)
• Working closely with the Sales Managers of Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark to make sure that any marketing materials meet the requirements of the local market
• Manage the organisation of the national congresses to ensure that Dechra's presence is professional and at an appropriate level for the business opportunity

Required Skills / Knowledge
• Higher education or degree within Marketing
• Preferable degree or experience in the area of Medicine, Pharmacology, Biology or Chemistry etc.
• Preferable relevant working experience within the animal health industry
• Demonstrable experience of multi-channel marketing approach
• Ability to develop key and beneficial relationships and with a commercial approach to grow the business
• Ability to structure and organize effectively and deliver to deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Based in Stockholm
