The Role
We are looking for a Head of Content, a creative mastermind with an analytical mindset to join the marketing team, and build a World Class content team.
You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our content strategy, and
work throughout the customer journey to create engaging content for our customers
to drive engagement, grow our community, generate leads, and build loyalty.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will work in close collaboration with internal
and external stakeholders to implement our strategy for all customer segments and
for all markets. You will also be responsible for establishing appropriate KPIs, to
monitoring, analyse and report on performance.
• Develop a content strategy and roadmap for all customer segments and markets
• Create, source, curate all of Svea Solar's content
• Create content that will engage our customers with our products, services, and brand
• Build and lead a World-class content team with in-house and external resources
• Manage our blog, social media, website content
• Adapt content to different channels to maximize impact
• Work closely with Growth team to measure impact of each initiative
• Implement SEO best practices
• Set KPIs, and measure, analyse and report on performance
• Creation of internal content to support other departments
What we expect from you
• A self-starter, proactive leader and strategist who is not afraid to roll up the sleeves and get hands on
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment
• 2-5 years agency experience or in a similar role.
• Adept at keyword research and SEO best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media management.
• Creativity and the ability to develop original content that provokes engagement.
• Strong leadership qualities & communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Analytics
• Proficiency with Social Media Analytics
