General:
Umetrics, a division of MKS Instruments (NASDAQ = MKSI), is looking for a Marketing/IT Specialist. MKS Umetrics is a leading provider of multivariate data analysis software and support for the pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor and chemicals industries. Umetrics products provide real-time process monitoring, root-cause investigation, early fault detection, process control and optimization. Additionally our software enables engineers and scientists to quickly analyze and visualize large amounts of process and R&D data in order to make decisions for product and process quality and optimization
Scope:
The Marketing/IT Specialist will manage and drive the delivery of our marketing and webpage, IT management of CRM and initiatives (web, courses, seminars, exhibitions, conferences, mailings offers) as well as general IT support. This role will include a combination of projects coupled with planning and execution of marketing, CRM, IT and web on a global basis. We are looking for an ambitious, hard working, eager to learn, self-starting individual.
Key activities including
Set up and maintain MKS Umetrics web platform as well as CRM system.
Set up web shop as well as marketing initiatives on the webpage
Promotion of activities and events using Umetrics web site, mail campaigns, social media and third party media.
Lead processing and channeling and follow up in our CRM system.
Maintain and develop our CRM system
Handle sales enquiries and quickly and professionally pass on to Account managers or sales executives
Responsibility for managing the production of marketing materials based on the brief including time plan and budget. Responsibility for production of material and execution, in relation with marketing manager, product management and sales.
This position require an excellent team player and networker who knows how to drive and inspire others to deliver according to an agreed time plan and strategy.
Qualifications
You have a documented experience of working in this or similar roles from software industry in an international environment.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent English and Swedish
Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills
Self-motivated, confident to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines and projects multi-functional and multi-cultural teams.
