About Redfield
Redfield is a team of specialists with a passion for Data Science and Data Engineering. We believe enthusiasm, diversity and passion are key to success. Since 2003 we have been delivering customer value focussing on Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence. Though, this year's focus will be on our own business transformation! Therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, academic marketing intern to join our team!
About the Internship
At Redfield, we are passionate about assisting businesses in using AI by offering products and services that simplify AI for them. We are always committed to finding the best solutions for our customers. We believe that you as a marketing intern can get into the shoes of our customers to get to know more about their needs and wants.
We offer you the opportunity to be actively involved in the development of our marketing strategy, as well as improving our website. Together we will translate this into customer profiles, customer journeys and brainstorm new long- and short-term marketing initiatives! On the other hand, we seek to transform our website and tailor it to our customers' needs. We would enjoy seeing you using your creativity by developing the set-up, content and anything else that you believe is important for the website of Redfield.
We believe that it is very important that you learn a lot and have a great deal of independence, thus we want to shape the internship around your learning objectives too! There is no experience required in data science, engineering, machine learning, business intelligence etc., but we would love to share our passion with you. Your responsibilities
Even though we will define your responsibilities together, depending on your personal learning goals. We do want to give you a glimpse of what you can do at Redfield. Important to know is, you're not doing it alone! We will provide you with the right tools and knowledge to manage your responsibilities.
Support the development of Redfield's marketing strategy
Drive the development of Redfield's website, including content development and Search Engine Optimization
Develop and execute a variety of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness (e.g. social media, direct mail, and website)
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support lead generation and customer acquisition activities (e.g. such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, and (online)events)
Measure and analyse performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals
Execute a market research to help gather, analyze and present brand, competitor insights and trends
Lead brainstorming sessions to execute marketing plans for internal and external projects
Assist in organizing external (online) workshops and trainings

Your background
Bachelor's degree or currently working towards a Master's degree in marketing, business, or a digital related field
Currently at the end of your Bachelor's degree or in Master's degree, in the field of marketing, business or a digital related field
Practical or educational experience in the development of a marketing strategy
Hands-on experience in developing campaigns and promotions
Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (Swedish language skills are a plus)
Preferably some experience with website development
Preferably familiarity with the major social media platforms
Previous experience with Google Analytics, Search Engine Optimization and Social Media management tools are a plus
Your personality
Extremely eager to learn
Ability to multitask and take initiative
Hard-working and dedicated
Creative problem-solving skills
Self-starter with ability to work independently
A passion for data/ technology and marketing
