As our Marketing Director you will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategic plans to improve awareness, profitability and competitiveness while at the same time also is expected to be heavily involved in contributing to our future growth plans. Part of the job is to build and lead our Marketing team and to contribute to the Management team.
Personal
To fill this challenging position we are looking for a business driven, efficient and people focused manager who enjoys leading and developing an organization within an international environment where most of the work is still to be done! You communicate openly and effectively with all groups and stakeholders. You can produce high quality and results on time and you have the ability to adapt to new and changing demands and continuously seek improvements. You like to work in a dynamic and modern company and you appreciate the opportunity to work with technical complex solutions. Finally, you are truly fluent in the digitized world of marketing!
Qualifications
• Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably in a tech company who has been going through a Scale Up-phase and is listed
• Exceptional analytical skills and future strategic mindset
• Exceptional leader skills fitted for a growth oriented organization
• Experience of building/work in a global marketing team
• Passionate about technology and future solutions
• BSc or MSc in Marketing or other relevant field
