We have 15 million users all over the world who have logged over 15 million catches in our app. We're now looking for a Marketing Director.

We are on the lookout for a Marketing Director to join us at Fishbrain, based in Stockholm. With a focus on strategically expanding our brand's influence in the North American market, this role calls for an individual who brings a sophisticated grasp of consumer trends and behaviors specific to this region. This role is not just about strategizing but also about hands-on execution and project management. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing campaign execution, and ensuring all projects are delivered effectively and within budget.
This position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and will have team leader responsibility.
Your daily work will involve:
Leading marketing campaigns across offline and online channels, working closely with in-house specialists.
Collaborating closely with the CMO to form and execute marketing strategies, managing projects from concept to completion while ensuring seamless integration and meticulous attention to detail.
Cultivating Fishbrain's U.S. brand reputation as the top app for anglers.
Balancing customer retention and acquisition strategies to maximize lifetime value and expand the customer base.
Combining creativity with data-driven decision-making in content creation and metrics evaluation.
Working with our American team and managing existing partnerships, aligning with our overall marketing strategy and objectives.
Fostering team collaboration and innovation, in line with Fishbrain's marketing goals.
What we are fishing for:
7+ years of marketing experience.
Experience with app- and/or subscription marketing.
Proven ability to manage teams and freelancers.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation.
Excellent project management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
A "can do" attitude.
Passion for the outdoors, with knowledge of the fishing industry being a plus.
