Loop54 is rapidly becoming a game-changer in the business of e-commerce. This equals a lot of fun, but also a lot of things that need to be built and scaled up, thus we are growing our marketing team. Do you want to help us market a real AI engine?
At Loop54 we develop a personalisation engine that uses cutting edge AI technology to make sure we show the right products, to the right person, at the right time. We already deliver search to hundreds of e-tailers and we are adding new ones at an ever-quickening rate. From the start, our customers where mostly Nordic-based but we are seeing an increased interest from global customers and are building for a big geographical expansion, mainly in the UK and NL. For us the marketing team, this means a need to scale up our activities and continuously accelerate lead-gen, get better aligned with our Product, Sales and Customer Success teams, more long-term planning, experiment with new tactics and move quickly to replicate tactics that work.

Own marketing strategy together with the CEO and develop tactics based on those strategies within your budget ownership

Drive new lead acquisition efforts and own the marketing pipeline

Continuously improving/innovating on our messaging

Work together with agencies to develop content that will inspire action amongst our client base and the industry

Overseeing/managing digital campaign executions, including but not limited to A/B testing, conversion flows, campaign optimization, copy/creative development, and maximizing conversion rates

Continually doing market research, evaluating best practices based upon competitors, market conditions, data, and execute/adjust plans as needed.

KPIs include: MQL growth, MQL to Opportunity conversion rate, SDR conversion funnel, website traffic growth, form conversion rates

What are the requirements for this role?

An intricate understanding of how sales and marketing reinforce each other

Has been hands-on with Hubspot CRM/Marketing automation or something similar (SalesForce, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)

Experience overseeing or owning Lead Generation Programs end-to-end; creating, optimizing, and carefully monitoring results

Ability to thrive in an environment where you both formulate and execute strategies

English native (or 100% fluency). Swedish a plus.
