As a member of the Analytics team you will be part of building the future of healthcare, powered by smart data products and deep insights, and bringing better care to patients around Europe.
We are hiring for a Marketing Data Lead to expand our analytics efforts in Sweden. You will join the Core Analytics team and work towards our marketing efforts within the organization. In this role you will lead work on strategic questions in a fast-paced environment as well as managing a team of Data Engineers and Data Scientists. The successful candidate will bring manager experience, strong leadership, an ability to perform deep hands-on work, and a commitment to communication and teamwork.
What you'll do
• Lead analytics work and a team of Data Engineers and Data Scientists.
• Perform hands-on analytics and insights work to guide key strategic decisions, across growth, commercial, operations and marketing
• Together with other managers in Analytics, develop a world-class analytics function for Kry.
Who you are
• Hands on experience working as a Data Engineer
• Experience with leading analytics or data science teams
• 2+ years of people manager experience
• Experience of using insights to influence high-level decisions
• Strong business acumen, analysis, synthesis and storytelling skills
• Structured and creative problem-solver
• Comfortable working in modern analytics stack (Cloud database, SQL, Looker or Tableau, Python or R)
• Previous experience in working with performance marketing is required.
Position is based in our Stockholm office (HQ).
