WHAT
In the role as Marketing Coordinator your mission is to help us improve our marketing performance and to ensure that the world knows who we are and to highlight the important work that we do. The services we offer help change people's lives to the better, every day! We are looking for a world-class Marketing Coordinator to help further accelerate Unilabs marketing strategies to the next level.
In your role you will be covering a wide variety of tasks stretching from ordinary day-to-day business such as updating marketing material, participating in and coordinating major projects, and set the frame for the overall marketing strategy. The variety requires both a strategic a hands-on approach and offers great exposure to all layers within our organization. You will primarily work with the Swedish market, but will also be a part of an international context with close contact and cooperation with the Group's communication and marketing function.
For us it 's important that you are able to 'walk in our customer's shoes', hence the role requires developing a deep understanding of our customers and patients and their context to develop sharp competitive marketing- and growth strategies. This is a unique chance to create, drive and support Unilabs marketing and sales objectives. Some of your key responsibilities will be:
Develop sharp and competitive marketing strategies, with activities to meet Unilabs overall business objectives. Coordinate campaign activities and support external marketing activities such as events and conferences.Digital Website Management: Content management and technical maintenance of internal and external platforms such as our Website, Intranet, 1177 Vårdgivarguiden and social media channels.Develop and produce marketing and sales support material and campaigns for both B2B and B2C in all marketing channels.Suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness and proactively work to strengthen the Unilabs brandOngoing contact with suppliers, partners, our operations and colleagues in the Group within marketing and sales.Coordinate NPS-surveys for our patients and customersAnalyze and follow trends and connect these to the needs of our customersPerform competitor analyses and develop positioning and messaging to differentiate Unilabs from our competitors
WHO
Are you a creative mastermind when it comes to applying unique selling points through words and visuals? Are you interested in learning new things and always up to date with the latest trends within marketing? Then the position as Marketing Coordinator at Unilabs could be the perfect role for you! For this role we are looking for someone with a strong creative ability with a talent for creating content and conveying messages both visually and through text.You are business oriented with a desire to develop our marketing function and you work proactively in driving change. Furthermore, you are a social person with a strong communicative ability who likes to work in a fast-paced environment.
You also have:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a marketing coordinator or in a similar roleHigher education within marketing and/or communications.Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Adobe suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) Excellent copywriting and communication skillsExperience from managing social media channels.Excellent Swedish language skills and high proficiency in English.
Experience from working within a health-related professional environment would be advantageous but not essential.
WHERE
You will be a part of Unilabs Commercial team and report directly to the Commercial Director. This is a permanent, full-time position based at Unilabs Sweden HQ in Solna. Here you will sit together with other functions such as IT, finance and HR.
