hela Sverige We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to strengthen RECCO's Brand & Marketing team. You will be assisting and working closely with the marketing team and report directly to the Head of Brand & Marketing. Your role is varied, including both teamwork and driving your own projects from start to finish!
ABOUT RECCO
RECCO Advanced Rescue Technology is an international rescue system currently used by more than 900 rescue organizations and ski resorts in 32 countries. The search system is based on a technology solution that the Swedish company RECCO AB has developed and is the only one of its kind in the world.
In recent years, the technology has been further developed into an efficient helicopter-based search system, which means that RECCO is now radically broadening its operations from only avalanche rescue to also include search for missing people in outdoor activities all year around. This leads to increased safety for the large mass of outdoor practitioners, from hikers in the forest to high-alpine climbers in the mountains.

YOUR MISSION
RECCO is in search for a communication focused person who is passioned about international relations, marketing, and outdoor activities. Besides having a great interest in the outdoor and sports, you also have a good consumer understanding for the outdoor industry. You have the ability to communicate with our brand partners, rescue organizations and end consumers. The RECCO system is operative in 32 countries, therefor international experience is highly meritorious. As an "ingredient brand", we offer a unique environment of communicational challenges and opportunities on a local and global level. You report to Head of Brand & Marketing.
Examples of responsibilities:
Operational and project responsibility for marketing materials and merchandise. Including event materials, exhibition stands, clothing, flags, flyers, etc.
Support projects for B2B and B2C events, overseeing everything from interacting with customers and partners to managing material logistics.
Project support for digital communication projects together with brand partners and rescue partners
Oversee digital marketing, which involves managing the website and Social Channels.
Coordinate work with newsletters, PR materials, digital content, educational materials and some translation tasks
Maintain an overview of all marketing materials through inventory management and place orders accordingly.
Participate in office-related tasks such as booking conferences and coordinating internal events. (At RECCO, there is a friendly and helpful culture that ensures that all employees help and pitch in where needed.)
YOUR TALENT:
Experience of and/or good knowledge of the outdoor industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience of running projects and achieving goals
1-3 years of work experience in marketing
Driver's license
MERITORIOUS:
Fluency in Swedish in both spoken and written form is meritorious
Working proficiency in French and/or German (spoken and written) is highly meritorious
Experience in Wordpress, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Adobe Programs is meritorious
Since the RECCO system is operational in 32 countries, international experience is highly advantageous.
