Job description
As a marketing coordinator at IAR Systems, you will work with our different marketing channels on a global scale. You will keep track of deadlines and deliverables and make sure we deliver high-quality materials on time, and on brand.
You will be part of a marketing team consisting of five persons in the Uppsala head office, as well as colleagues handling local marketing in Japan and Korea. We work closely as a team and help each other out where it's most needed, so your tasks could involve any area of marketing.
Main tasks include:
Publishing of content in multiple marketing channels
Web editing and web projects
Marketing project management
Event and tradeshow organization
Email send outs and marketing automation
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you need to be able to have several projects going on simultaneously and communicate with your manager and team members to set priorities between tasks. You should also be open to priorities changing, as you might suddenly have to drop everything you are doing to take care of something urgent, and then get back to your day-to-day tasks.
Since we are a global company in a worldwide market, you need to have good communicative skills both written and spoken in Swedish and English. Since you will have lot of interaction with others, we believe you are a people person, have a natural commitment for helping people and have a positive attitude. You are eager to learn and get into the core of our marketing, sales and business processes. You should have some experience from a web editing tool and a marketing automation tool - we work in Episerver and Salesforce Pardot - and have some experience from working with the Adobe Creative Suite.
It is a plus, but not a requirement, if you also have a degree in marketing or communication, have previous experience from working at a technical B2B company, or have experience from video editing or from building reports and analyzing campaigns within a CRM (we work with Salesforce).
