Marketing Coordinator at Safegate Group - Temporary post
In this role you will plan, coordinate, manage and implement various marketing activities, supporting our brand and 14 sales offices around the globe. You will mainly work with commercial brochures, sales business cases, Safegate Group web site and also with our global exhibitions/events. Our corporate identity, PR and advertising activities will also be a part of your responsibility areas.
You will be the active link between Safegate Group Marketing and our external advertising agencies, print houses and other marketing partners as well as internal contacts in marketing department responsible areas.
You will be a part of the Marketing department and report to our Sales and Marketing Director.
Main tasks/responsible areas
Global exhibitions:
- Plan, project lead and implement global exhibitions.
Corporate identity:
- Maintain the Safegate Group brands.
- Produce articles for our Newsletters (External/Internal).
- Find material and update reference lists.
Responsible for our web site:
- Develop and maintain

- Brochures, Sales presentations, Business Cases, Give-aways etc.
- Content for our marketing material (idea and text).
- Produce material together with our external commercial agency.
Advert and PR communication:
- Produce advert and PR plans.
- Develop adverts.
- Maintain contact with press and business related magazines.
Personal qualities
To succeed in this dynamic role, we believe you can work as a progressive coordinator - with many internal and external contacts. You like responsibility, are service minded and flexible. It is very important that you can multitask and have the ability to deal with stress.
We are looking for a person who is fairly new to the position as previous presented. Key words in your personality are motivated, committed, creative, outgoing and organized. Safegate Group allows plenty of space and encourages self initiative, it is therefore very important that you are self-confident, self-sustaining and enjoy responsibility.
Education/Background
You have a university (or equivalent) degree in Marketing and one to two years of work experience in this field. Good skills in Swedish and English, both orally and written, are required. Other languages are an advantage. Knowledge of Indesign and web editing tools are beneficial in this role.
