This is an outstanding opportunity for a entry level marketing graduate to get exposure to a Fortune 500 company. The intent of this role is to help the business by increasing the share of wallet of current customers and attracting new through marketing programs executed by own resource and partners. You are responsible for the execution of the marketing strategy for Sweden working closely with Management, Sales and Channel Partners.
Parallel to this the person is involved in managing our service process to ensure that we comply in according to group quality process and ISO 9001. This encompasses driving and executing project to optimize/lean operations.
The position reports to the General Manager Sweden
Accountabilities:
Liaise with Nordic Shared Service Center in Oslo with Marketing, HR and Service
Work in collaboration with sales and channel partners to develop marking programs
Inspire new ways of thinking about Kelly Services offerings and way of working
Marketing
Deploy demand generation programs both off-line and on-line aimed at generating high quality leads to pass on to the sales team
Develop acquisition programs and installed base programs in order to ensure continuity in business growth
Think web centric in all outbound marketing programs
Manage the conceptualization, copywriting and creation of all customer-facing sales materials, including collateral and presentations, Coordinate website content and development
Manage public relations activities
Services
Provide oversight of key Service projects and initiatives in support of the operations, with a focus on speedy implementations
Provide project management to other national support functions
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills; presentation, customer service, business, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to work both independently and on cross functional teams
Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
Marketing experience in the consulting/recruitment and/or IT industry and/or adjacent industries
Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
Experience with new media in attracting new customers
Education & Experience:
A minimum of 1-2 years of marketing experience is required
A Bachelor of Business Administration focus on marketing
Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast pacing complex environment
